Life with a well-behaved dog has its rewards. You can trust him to respond reliably and quickly, plus you’ll have a dog who’s a joy to live with.

Learning for all animals is a lifetime commitment. Just as education for humans does not end with a high school diploma or a college degree, dogs learn constantly. When it comes to training, a foundation (just like high school) is an ideal way to get the ball rolling and get your dog started on a correct path.

Dogs are pack animals. If they are not taught from an early age that humans are the pack leaders, they will jockey to gain that position for themselves — not because they are necessarily bullies, but because nature and instincts takeover.

Our board & train program is designed to get your dog the most amount of focused dog training in the shortest amount of time.

Introducing new dogs to our board & train program is a process. We don’t just throw them in a room together and “see what happens”. We spend time walking them around each other, doing some obedience and working on some chill behavior in the same room.

Many dogs amp up around other dogs because they have been allowed to greet every dog (or even human) they encounter. Sometimes that is not possible, or okay.

We strive for dogs to have respectable behavior around other dogs so that if interacting is not allowed everyone can leave the situation without stress. This is how you facilitate relationships, working on getting to know one another!

Today it is a challenge to keep dogs at home, especially since the canine instinct for digging, disobeying, making noise, soiling yards, wearing paths in the lawn, escaping through open doors, and other inconvenient habits put a damper on the fun of owning a pet.

Obedience training, and our board & train process is a perfect way to help your dog understand what you are communicating to him, and the behavior that you expect whether at home or not.

Communication is the key. Once your dog understands you, and you understand your dog, you can Live Life With Your Best Friend!
